Built by a grower, for growers

BloomOS started in a potting shed in Devon, born from the frustration of running a cut flower farm with spreadsheets, notebooks and memory. It’s the tool we wished existed.

The grower behind BloomOS

Little Devon Flower Garden · Devon, England

The problem

Running a flower farm means juggling cuts, orders, invoices, crop plans and weather, often with muddy hands, no signal, and a 5am start. Existing farm software was built for arable farms or enterprise operations. Nothing existed for small-scale cut flower growers.

The solution

BloomOS keeps working when the signal drops, syncs when you’re back in range, and is designed around the actual daily workflow of a cut flower farmer. Every feature was tested in the field at Little Devon Flower Garden before it shipped.

Questions

The things growers ask first.

Deeper answers (offline, Xero, printing, the lot) live in the support portal.

Yes. Open BloomOS while you've still got a signal and it keeps going after the bars disappear. Cuts save to your phone the moment you tap, then go up to your account on their own once you're back in range. No signal in the back field is no problem.

Yes, and it's on its way to the App Store now. Until it lands, BloomOS runs on any phone including an iPhone: open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and it works like any other app, offline and all. Join the list below and we'll tell you the day it arrives.

Yes to Xero. Invoices and payments you raise in BloomOS go straight into your Xero organisation, so your accountant always sees current numbers rather than a shoebox in April. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax is being built in now, ready well before HMRC's April 2027 deadline. What you record in the field becomes your quarterly submission, without retyping any of it.

Whenever you like. One tap gives you everything you've ever recorded as spreadsheet files, the kind that open in Excel, Numbers or anything your accountant uses. It's your data. We never sell it, and you're never stuck with us.

Pause your subscription over the quiet months and start it again in spring. If you're a founding farmer, your founder price stays locked in the whole time you're paused.

Yes. The Seedling plan is free and stays free, and we never ask for a card. Move up to a paid plan only when your farm outgrows it.

Yes. On every plan, including the free one, you can give helpers a PIN so they can log cuts without needing an account of their own. Paid plans add proper staff accounts with their own sign-ins, for people who need to handle orders as well.

Small scale cut flower farms and farmer-florists. Beds, varieties, successions, cuts, orders and invoices. If you grow stems to sell, it fits.
